Pacific Palisades, Calif. Students from the Marquez STAR program hold a 20ft. snake as part of their wildlife class. STAR Inc., along with running after school enrichment programs throughout the state of California, runs the STAR Eco Station. The STAR Eco Station takes rescued and confiscated animals and uses them as teaching aids. The kids get a chance to be introduced to exotic animals that they would normally never get to see.
